Little Falls is a city in Morrison CountyMinnesota, United States, near the geographic center of the state. Established in 1848, Little Falls is one of the oldest cities in Minnesota. It is the county seat of Morrison County. The population was 8,343 at the 2010 census.Little Falls is the location of the boyhood home of Charles Lindbergh. Just across from the home is Charles A. Lindbergh State Park, named after Lindbergh's father, prominent Minnesota lawyer and U.S. Congressman Charles August Lindbergh.

The town was named after falls that were located on the Mississippi River, which travels through the town. Several attempts to build dams over the falls took place throughout the town's history, some of which powered saw mills in the nineteenth century. Today, the Little Falls Dam serves as a hydroelectric station that generates power for the surrounding area.

We believe that dining needn’t be expensive to be fine. Little Falls and its surrounding districts boast some of the best , Polish, Chinese, and German food in Minnesota, and all at affordable prices. Those looking for a more posh vibe will be happy to know that our neighborhood also offers restaurants with that good home cooked feel and taste, places like The Back and White, Cabin Fever, and The Royal Cafe, just to name a few.



The Morrison County, of which Little Falls belongs, has it all—from bespoke boutiques that feature independent designers to thrift stores and craft fairs full of one-of-a-kind finds. Once a year Little Falls hosts the Little Falls Arts & Crafts Fair, the Arts and Craft Fair is an annual fair held the weekend after Labor Day. It is sponsored by the Little Falls Chamber of Commerce since 1972. It is, by far, the busiest time of year for the scenic town.

Little Falls nightlife is top-notch. You can watch the latest game while you enjoy some of the best burgers or wraps this side of anywhere, Choose from places like Johnny C's, The Main Gate, or Westside Bar just to name a few. Or try some small-batch beers crafted by local breweries. If cocktails are your preferred poison, trendy mixology establishments, complete with plush couches and date night lighting, are peppered throughout Little Falls.



Whether you’re looking for classic cars at Lone Eagle Auto Club Car Show (Held the Sunday after Labor Day at the Morrison County Fairgrounds), the Arts and Craft Fair is an annual fair held the weekend after Labor Day, or the Little Falls Dam Festival, or your just up visiting family, there are sure to be local events all summer long.
